    rainbow six siege crashing? not overheating


    My rainbow six siege on my xbox series x has recently been really buggy for no reason I can see. Normally it tells you when a console overheats but when rainbow six siege resets my xbox it doesn't say a thing. Is this a bug I can prevent or fix. Is it a bug with my xbox? How do I fix please tell me I love r6 but recently been unplayable.

    Please reset MAC Address by going to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address, and select "Clear."

    And then perform a hard reset on your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then unplug the power cord for a few minutes before restarting.

    Make sure that your Xbox has proper ventilation and isn’t overheating because overheating can cause crashes during gameplay.

    Next is to check storage device. If the game is installed on an external storage device, move it to the internal storage to determine issues with the external drive.

    After that is to check for game and Xbox updates. Make sure that both your Xbox and Rainbow Six Siege are updated to the latest versions because updates include fixes for stability issues.

    If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall Rainbow Six Siege and reinstall it. This will help with issues caused by corrupted game files.
