Rainbow Six Siege Code for Game is not recognized?!

Hello,

i bought Rainbow Six Siege and inside there are two codes. One for Rainbow Six Vegas and one for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

The one for the first game is perfectly working, the second one is not recognized and i always get an error message. The Chat Support told me that this code is not in the system and that i should write in this forum. I tried it on the XBOX ONE as well as
online.

What to do?

I bought the game Rainbow Six Siege (full ) , and have not received the code to download Rainbow Six Vegas 2 game

Apologize for the confusion, for code redemption issues Phone/Chat support is going to be your best contact. We aren't able to replace codes included in a physical copy of the game. Be sure the region of your account is tied to the same region you're located
in. If you purchased the game from another region you might have some trouble redeeming the codes included in your region.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege and never received a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

The error code you've posted does suggest a networking issue. Have you tried all the steps listed here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/rainbow-six-... for your device?
