rainbow six seige year 1 and 2 operators not sharing from my main account with my smurf account

its not gamepass tho, i got the r6 gold, which has 2 dlcs atached, when i go to my games and apps, i click on the game info and attachments and it shows there all downloaded, but it doesn't effect the game at all

i was not on about gamepass.

in game passes are account specific, they will not be usable on other accounts, DLC can but not in game passes.

it operates simular to other games, take destiny in game pass that is account specific only.

My brother bought Rainbow Six Siege DELUXE which came with year 1 and year 2 operators. I use a different account and I didn't get the operators. I really don't want to start playing on my brothers account because all his friends invite him and
