    Rainbow 6 siege not installing on pc gamepass


    I’ve been trying to install rainbow 6 siege on my pc, I am a gamepass owner however everytime I try to install rainbow 6 it loads me into Ubisoft connect where it will either say “something went wrong, please try again later”, or just keep me in a loading screen. Are there any known solutions to this issue?

    Please go to your Ubisoft account's information page at https://account.ubisoft.com/account-information and make sure that your correct Xbox profile is the one linked there.

    Try to sign out from the Ubisoft Connect app and sign in again. Please note that your Xbox profile or account should have an active subscription in it. You can confirm it by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/services and make sure that you check the right account by checking your Gamertag on:

    https://account.xbox.com/Profile

    Then on your Ubisoft Connect, click the games tab, then scroll down you should find Rainbow Six Siege, and it should let you install it.

    If it doesn't work, restart your Windows PC then try again.
