    sorry to hear it. if you have a suspension from Live you'll need to log in to this site http://enforcement.xbox.com/home and click on the hammer icon. from there you can see the reason and duration of the
    action as well as open a case review with the PET if the length of the action is longer than 24 hours.

    Is this normal?

    friday at 10:30 pm ive downloaded raimbow six siege. A game that i didn’t bought but told me that i had it and now it’s been well over 24 hours and i can still play it. Is this normal?

    Try highlighting the game and press the start button on the controller. From there select manage game then go to ready to install. Any content available to you will be available there.
