    Rage paid for downloadable content and game won’t recognise


    As per title. Old game, decided to play again and buy some downloadable content. Paid, have receipts. Game doesn’t recognise and I can’t find it I. Management

    Please make sure that the account you're currently using was the account you used to purchase the games and add-ons before on your 360 console. Check your order history here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and confirm if they're on your list.

    To make sure that you're checking the right account online, go to https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it shows the same gamertag you're using on your Xbox console.

    If everything is confirmed, try to manually search the add-ons from the Xbox Store and see if you could download them manually.

    Normally when using a 'season pass' to get all game content you need to launch the game to download the content with the games own content manager. The marketplace will not recognise that you've purchased the individual map packs. If this does not work and
    you've previously downloaded the content you can find it in your 'my purchases' section in your profile.

    You seriously don't get it... Season Pass content doesn't have to be downloaded in-game... The Marketplace content can be downloaded, before you even insert the game disc & when you play the game, it recognises that you have new content... It says "Downloading
    Content" in-game, even when you're offline... The content that it downloads online, is the event list calendar or updates marketplace content for menu etc.. plus adds little icons for new info etc..

    The Season Pass content, is downloaded & stored on your Storage device or HDD & is processed from the HDD..

    The server already knows, you have purchased the content & adds it to your Download History, when the content is downloaded to the consoles HDD... Because it needs to add Content Licences for the content to be recognised in game...

    You don't need to even have the game in the drive, to do that... Content will always be checked in-game from HDD & not downloaded prior to game menu or accessing game server etc.. When online, the game server only scans the content, to ensure the content
    is legit (not modded) &/or not corrupted...
