    Im having problems with screen flicker when i play Rage 2.

    When i played it in december i had no problems but today when i wanted to play it again it started to flicker, what can i do?

    Just one tip.

    Removing drivers, especially to downgrade them can still leave issues unresolved. Many drivers will leave settings and files behind that won't necessarily be removed or overwritten.

    For best results I recommend you download and run a little application called
    DDU     (Display Driver Uninstaller). This application can and will completely clear your system of graphics card drivers and files and is the best way to install a GPU driver over another driver. The application can remove both AMD and NVIDIA drivers, just
    follow the instructions.

    When it's done, install your desired driver as you did before.

    Actually the game is quite well optimised, it's just very graphics heavy, requiring a pretty decent GPU to get the best out of it. Although that is pretty common with large open world games. I don't have any issues, but then again I'm running an RTX 2080
    with 8GB of VRAM.

    I have tried to turn off the SSAO but that didnt help, and cant report the problem to Nvidia since im using a Radeon RX 570.

    I was having problems with this game last week. It kept freezing and then it wouldn't go past the sign-in screen. I did a hard reset and that fixed it for a day or two. It started happening again but then I got a console update and it's been okay since
    then. I think that game is just unstable.
