Racist in-game names with no report option

I have been playing MLB the Show and a lot of players have racist in game names, such as this guy, who named his create-a-player “Knee grow”

First and foremost, there is no way to submit a report for “in game name” either through the game itself or Xbox, which is a huge oversight IMO. There is also no way to submit a screenshot into a report ticket, so here I am putting here as this is the only place to upload an image for Xbox support to see. Please institute a strong ban for players like this who use garbage racist names, and institute an easy way to report this kind of behavior/upload screenshots of it. It should not be tolerated

We should not have to go to each game developer and report their behavior in each individual game? This should not be allowed per the Xbox terms and conditions

I did report through profile, however either no way to report “in game name” specifically and no way to upload screenshots I was afraid Microsoft would have no way to check this out. I appreciate the link to report this on PlayStation as it’s their game and have done so, but wanted to make sure this kind of thing is addressed across Xbox as well as this is an Xbox user. If they are doing this type of thing in one game they are most likely in others and this should not be a tolerated behavior

Developers are responsible for their own games and their own communities. Xbox handles the overall hardware and software they run on.

So Sony will have to be the ones to address this. Their terms of service applies to things that reside solely in their games. The same thing applies to Call of Duty, Forza, Halo and many other titles that have their own internal moderation teams and even game specific bans.
