    I downloaded mass effect 3 a few days ago. when I loaded it it said error 0x803f8001. then I check and realize it says its not available in store. is it gonna be back in store? I feel like I wasted my money :/ it wont let me playqwont let me play downloaded version mass effect 3? :(

    Mass Effect doesn't recognize my downloaded DLCs

    I play Mass Effect while logged into my XBox account (). I downloaded the original Mass Effect Spectre Training Center DLC via my XBox account. But, Mass Effect never recognized that the DLC was there and didn't give me the opportunity to play the
    DLC. Now I am starting Mass Effect 2 and have downloaded the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. But, it doesn't seem that Mass Effect 2 recognizes it is on my XBox disk. I have looked at the XBox disk contents and both the Training Center and the Shadow Broker
    DLCs are there. But, neither DLC is shown as attached to my XBox account name (). How do I get my Mass Effect games to recognize that the DLCs are there?

    3 questions.

    1. I wanted to download the game Mass Effect 2. But there is only a demo version of it. Is possible to download the full version somehow?

    2. The Demo version of Mass Effect 2. Is it possible to play the demo version with my saved character and history from the first Mass Effect?

    3. If it is possible to do that, how do I do it?

    account not permitted to download content with a certain rating?

    okay im having problems downloading the mass effect 3 beta right now and the thing is that my console let me download the battlefield 3 beta without a problem and that was rated m. but now im trying to download mass effect 3 and it wont let me even though
    they have the same ratings.... any help?

    Sorry to hear about the Mass Effect 3 DLC trouble. If you haven't already, be sure to check out this

    EA Troubleshooter     for the same issue you describe. The steps it provide should work while playing via Backward Compatibility. Let us know how it goes :)

    Mass Effect 2 PC to Xbox 360

    voteDC thank you for the reply. I think I'll just wait and play Mass Effect 3.

    The reason I asked my original question is because I played Mass Effect 2 for Xbox first, then I got the PC version through a BioWare promotion so I played it on PC as well. Now I no longer have the Xbox version and I prefer the game save from my PC version
    (better choices in my opinion). I also have not played Mass Effect 1 and was hoping to get the cheaper PC version, play Mass Effect 2 on PC, then import the saves to Xbox.

    That doesn't seem likely to happen now, so I'll stick with the mediocre save I have on the Xbox and hopefully I won't mind much since I will be too busy playing Mass Effect 3.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles with Mass Effect 3!

    EA has a fix for this particular issue over on their
    support page    . Give those steps a try and if you're still having issues, please let us know :)

    On the Marketplace

    Just as a game like Lost Odyssey isn't on Games on Demand, due to the large file size/download size it would require being 4-discs. The same goes for Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 as both have two discs.

    Mass Effect 3 is 14.6 gigs total, while Mass Effect 2 is 12.4 gigs.

    Now with that said, L.A. Noire is a different story as it is a Games on Demand title and the total install size for its retail release is around 20 gigs. But the Games on Demand version is different in that it has you download the game itself, but then requires
    you to download separate cases to actually get the "full game" or to continue playing the game after certain plot points.

    As such I doubt you'll ever see either ME 2 or ME 3 on the Marketplace. Not impossible of course, just highly doubt it.
