Bueno, mirá, el caso es complicado. Podrías intentar rellenar el formulario que se te indica tras el mensaje de que tu cuenta está bloqueada.

Es decir, si tu cuenta fue bloqueada por razones de seguridad, Microsoft te hace rellenar un formulario con tus datos (fechas de cumpleaño, contraseñas anteriores, cuentas a las que hayás enviado mensajes, preguntas de seguridad, etc). Tras completar el
formulario, un período de 72 horas deberías ser capaz de ingresar nuevamente (si la información fue suficiente).

Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account password.

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the
Account Recovery Form.
