    Por qué al querer sacar una orden de servicio para reparar mi control me direcciona a una pagina para iniciar sesión otra vez, hago todo el procedimiento hasta llegar al apartado de pagar y enviar y me redirecciona a otra pantalla para iniciar sesión de
    tal manera que no puedo pedir mi orden de servicio para que me arreglen mi control

    Thanks for responding XBF Ezra G, but I try to get in touch but I only get to talk to virtual agents and nothing to talk to a person, (of course I have tried to get in touch daily since I created the post and not I have solved nothing today is 09/04/20).
    It is truly unfortunate that such a large and "professional" company provides such incompetent service. Unfortunately my warranty is about to expire and I have not been able to solve my problem, in addition to selling faulty products (I am not the only one
    you can see thousands of posts / videos of how the controller xbox elite series 2 has too many faults.

    remember that customer service is the best when there are too many offers in the market
