quick question on profile bans...

This past week I was given a communications ban.

Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live
communications features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and
Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privilege.

The part I'm confused about is the "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privilege" do this mean once the temp suspension ends my account is perm banned???
or is this something that gets tacked on all enforcement messages? like a warning.

My account is 8 yrs old, this is first time MS has had to tell me to be 'good'... but the account has a few grand in content linked to it.

Purchasing MineCraft Skin on one account - use by another - same XBOX One

If I buy a MineCraft Skin Pack on my account profile, can my son access that purchased skin pack on his profile on the same Xbox One Console?

If you log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com and click the orange hammer you should be able to see when the suspension expires. If the date is 12/31/9999, that's a permanent suspension. Otherwise,
it's a temporary suspension, and only the temporary suspension impact above will apply.

 

Thanks for the quick response... you made me one happy boy! The date listed was actually yesterday.. so the ben has ended. I was so worried I didn't want to sign out of my console.

Let me say, from this point on... I'm going to be good. I didn't know that a perm ban also kills any content purchased. So this was all the warning I will ever need.

My has no date at all of when it ends so when will it end?

 

SUTTiESangels7 are you sure there is no date? It does typically show the date and time the ban will be lifted. If the year is 9999 then it would be permanent. Are you seeing anything?

 

it's showing that I have a orange hammer but doesn't say when my suspension is over. Help??
