    Quests. Why am I getting an "Ineligible" error?


    I am a gold member in good standing. I have completed quests month after month and have received rewards for them. I’ve completed all of April’s quests, and when I go to the quests page to check my status, I get a message saying “Ineligible. Oops! Sorry
    about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!”

    I know I’m not the only one having this issue, as a simple google search shows several reddit threads where people are complaining of the same problem. Again, I meet all the requirements for eiligibility. What gives?

    Why am I ineligible?

    So I went onto the Xbox Live Quests page to see if I completed my quests for April and it said on there that I am ineligible for that program. Why would I be ineligible? Also, I completed the quests for March and never got anything. Can someone help me?
