Quests not giving XP?

    So, to continue to reply to myself, it appears that completing the Mystery of the Byways quest DOES fix this particular save bug. I have also heard that completing the same quest can fix the XP bug, but have no idea if that is true (I don't know if I had
    the XP bug to begin with. If I did, I can confirm that I am now gaining XP as normal after completing this quest.)

    You can level up pretty quickly by doing quests especially some of the easie side ones that only take 10-15 mins.

    You could also try expolring the wasteland as you get xp for finding locations and you will find loads of enemies which also give u xp for killing them.

    It's not specific to your problem, but if the problem is xp evolution or something like quest progress, always try to refresh the page after a quest is completed.

    Oh that's easy try boosting the Game difficulty and it should make it easier to level up but if you don't have the fire power for it here are a few quests that will give a bit of XP First is Blood ties, Second is the wasteland survival guide, And third is
    the rivet city android.
