Sorry to hear about the tracking issue! The Xbox Forums team here are able to pass these concerns along to the appropriate team for the promotion directly. Before we continue with that, how long has that page displayed 0% for each of the requirements? If
you could post back an estimate on which date you first checked, that would help us a lot. If it was just recently you checked, try giving it 24-48 hours before checking again.

Are you posting in regards to March's Xbox Quests? If so, the rewards will be extra entries to win a 24-karat Gold Xbox One X console instead of codes being sent out. This is also the same for April Quests.

In regards to your Xbox Quest progress, when was the first time you saw the ineligible message? Does that message still show on the page?

Well i got my code on 13/12/2017 and have only started the quest in December as i started the quest on December 4th. So the December quest is the only one i have taken part in. I best be getting put into the 24-karat gold-plated Project Scorpio Edition Xbox
One X, its the whole reason I've been doing in this month.........

Xbox Quest tracker may take time to update. However, as long as you ensure you're completing all three goals, you should be good to go to be entered into that sweepstakes.

User quest progress was still being tracked before the tracking site launched so there shouldn't be reason to worry

I misspoke when I said participation prizes. They were called "rewards" for completing the quests. They (the codes) were not actually prize drawings nor were they listed as winnable prizes (as far as I remember) and there was still a grand prize drawing
that you were entered into if you completed the quest. For example, some of the rewards I gotten for completing the quests were codes for GTA5 shark cards, 1 month of game pass, and 1 month of Gold membership.

So my modified question is; did they remove giving rewards for completing the quests? Or is my mystery ineligibility what prevented the rewards for March's quest? or were they delayed to be sent out?

The ineligible message appeared Sunday, April 22nd, when I went to the URL I linked in my first post and then clicked on "check your quest progress here". And I looked again and the message still comes up as ineligible.
