    Can't Upload Screenshots or Video Clips

    Hi,

    i believe in order to upload a screenshot to xbox you need to capture it with the xbox game bar then upload it through the xbox companion app and then it should show on your xbox profile
    oh sorry, let me be clear. I have windows 10 which it has xbox app and the game bar. I can capture the games just fine with the game bar or my video card. It's uploading to my xbox profile that I am having a problem with and I think it's cause I bought Gears
    5 thru steam not microsoft. I just wanted to make sure I was right or wrong about that.

    Minecraft Windows 10 edition freezes when I sign in to my xbox live account

    Turn off Game Mode from the Windows 10 game bar.

    1. Find the Windows 10 Xbox app. Right-click => More => App Settings.

    2. Click Reset.

    3. Open Minecraft - DO NOT log in to Xbox Live.

    4. Press Win-G to start the Windows Game Bar.

    5. Turn Game Mode OFF.

    6. Back in Minecraft, log in to Xbox Live.

    7. (Give the hamsters a moment to start running.)

    8. Minecraft starts running smoothly like it used to.

    Hello Cyaan,

    Our recommendation here is to attempt reviewing our troubleshoot game bar on Windows 10 support article,
    which contains steps designed to work with Game Bar on Windows 10.

    If the article does not assist, more than likely the uploading for screenshots is designed to crop images automatically in order to fit them into the feed for the Xbox app properly.

    Try the suggested, but this may be setup by design.
