Questions related to Account Recovery Form (Xbox Live Device ID)

I was filling the Account Recovery Form of Microsoft and found out this blank. I used Xbox Live on PC but I do not have Xbox 360 or Xbox One. May I ask what should I put inside the blank?

Hello again, I understand that they ask for the console ID and only consoles have ID, either from 360 or One, but in your case as you never had, provide as much information as you can from the form.

It's.not asking you for.the device id

This is if you created a profile.on the console

It is asking.for.the.console id numbers.

As mentioned if you skip info it makes it harder and you have to add more info to make up for the info you didn't fill in

However if you did not create.the profile.on a console then no it doesn't apply you just have to fill out other info in more info to make up for it

Thanks for your reply. May I ask if Xbox One or Xbox 360 console is necessary for the ID? Since I link my games on Xbox live online, does that mean I do not have the ID?

HI,

Yes on the account recovery form it asks you these. You can find the live ID on your Xbox. Go to settings>system>console info the Xbox live device id is the one you are looking for. It will start with a FD.
