questions on Xbox's policy on gamertags

so one of my hobby's is finding unique names and gamertags but I've found some weird problems with the gamertag system on what is and isn't allowed I've found some unique gamertags that don't even have a record on google and Xbox doesn't allow but if you separate the gamertag into its 2 parts both parts are allowed but it isn't allowed when you put them together I've read some of Xbox gamertag policy's but i cant find out why its not allowed for example I already called about the name poan its already taken on Xbox but Xbox doesn't allow it when i asked the guy on the phone about it he could not give me an answer nothing I have found has told me why these gamertags I find are not allowed its just a strange anomaly that i cant figure out if you could respond to this post and help me figure out why they are not allowed it would be very helpful

That would be correct

AA sometimes words together can form a violation and if severe enough a space will not void that violation

The word filter will only do so much

Spaces and different spelling can bypass it

Depending on the violation it could be considered bypassing the violation it's best to avoid those

Becareful

As mentioned hiding a violation doesn't make it immune

It only takes one report each time it will cost you 9.99 depending on your region

Banned words and the word filter are there for a reason

Bypassing it doesn't help

ive already found some workarounds im going to have to adjust my thinking around it it might be another week of progress but i should have better gamertags

The Policy Enforcement Team found your old gamertag broke the Code Of Conduct and reset your gametag to one more appropriate to the Xbox Live Network.

Recently, the policy changed, and you are no longer given a free change of gamertag, so unfortunately have to pay with your own account to change to a gamertag that you both like and that is acceptable within the community.
