    how do i view my captures from xbox on my pc. where is the app that used to allow us to do this? why did you remove it? why make microsoft worse instead of better? when will we be able to view our xbox captures on pc again? why even have xbox captures if we cant view them on pc?

    Just a fiendly reminder that this is a public forum and those of us who participate in it are ordinary gamers. In this forum you will not find a way to contact a Microsoft leadership.

    Unfortunately, screenshots and clips taken on consoles cannot be viewed on PC, only in the smartphone app.

    On PC, you can only view screenshots taken directly from the PC using the Gamebar app.

    If you want to view your console screenshots on a PC, you have the alternative of uploading them to OneDrive and downloading and viewing them from a browser.

    Agreed. Sony was no hero until Microsoft positioned themselves as the villain. Microsoft can absolutely recover from their mistakes, given time and proper leadership.
