Questions about the Preview Program & EA access hub app

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. I can pin the app but not download. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app? Also I
cant get into the preview program forums.

No EA access code

Afaik not all participants of the preview program were provided with a download key for the EA access hub.

But as this question concerns the preview program it is recommended to ask there., I'd suggest in the App area.

Hi goggin,

I suggest you send a PM to Miss Portia to let her know you can't access the preview forums. Here is a thread she posted in (just click the little envelope under her post to PM her).

As for the EA Access app, you should have been sent a code if you are in the preview. If you didnt get one then it could be down to the same reason why you cant access the forums. So make sure you send her a message to see what's going on.

 

Having the same issue as Goggin. Registered. Enrolled in preview. No email/code about EA access and EA access Hub unavailabe for download. I will try Miss Portia.

 

I don't know for sure if everyone in the preview got to try EA Access or just a selection but from what I have seen a lot of people in the preview have access to the app.
