Questions about lending an Xbox One and dematerialised games

Hi !

I have a friend that I promessed to lend for a few weeks my Xbox One that is not played with for the moment because I have an Xbox Series X now.

I never lent it before, so I'm in uncharted territories, here.

The disc drive on that Xbox One doesn't work anymore and I only can play with dematerialized games or movies I bought or offered with Games With Gold. That's why I switched to the Series X recently

I wanted to know, in order for my friend to enjoy theses games, what should I do to prepare the console, so she can enjoy the games she wants, install those she wants which are not installed on the hard drive (but that I already possess, etc. But it must not prevent me to play on my Xbox Series X. I review games as a semi-pro activity, so I must not be cut out from xbox live or game pass with my Xbox Series X.

Does she just have to create on that xbox one an account to enjoy the games ? (My account is already on it) or could she use directly my account and it won't disrupt my game sessions ?

But if we want to play together at one of the games, for example overwatch (I have it on disc and bought it dematerialised before I had my series X) or Fortnite (free 2 play), how would it work with my account on 2 consoles ?

How about my gamepass ultimate ?

Will she be able to enjoy the games on it too or not or play online anyways or should she get one for her temporarily ?

Thanks by advance for your help, it's kind of confusing those licencing stuff and accounts. I have so many questions but these will be enough I guess.

If the disc drive was working just fine, I wouldn't have all of theses questions : just insert disc and enjoy after it's installed. ^^

She would need her own account (never let anyone use your account) and you'll want to make sure you have the console set as your Home console. That will allow her to access the games/subscription on your account. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Jedi, yeah cause why would anyone put you on their list if thats all you are going to do ? And dont go on about he didnt answer your question either, you didnt ask one.

And its just as supporting of the industry as many people are at the moment as people lend others their games, still only one purchase for multiple plays.
