Question: When are we receiving the cash from Xbox Rewards Points?

Hello there. And happy holidays!

I already have 14,000 Xbox Reward credits (= $14.00) and I can't see the button to make an early deposit. But, when I scroll down on the Rewards website, I see this on "Pending Credits":

They would be scheduled to deposit with the first deposit in January. So on or before January 15. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and
15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.

Then receive the autogenerated stating they have it.
Then an email stating it has been given to a rep.

Then an email from that rep stating:

We haven't heard from you for a few days so I am closing this ticket.....

That is how MS Support treats me when asking questions about rewards points.

Yea we pretty much spent the money for the game cuz we will never see those points never again will I try to. Go for 6000 point again it’s a Microsoft scam I cashed in the point i had then delete the rewards **** off my Xbox
