Question relating to account suspensions while playing on other accounts

Let's say there's an account that had a communications ban, a looking for group post takedown, a suspension, etc. and one decides to play on another account with a clean suspension record. If that second account gets a 7 or 14 day suspension, will the
first account get suspended as well?

In conclusion, a double suspension isn’t possible on both accounts. The enforcement team simply suspends the console along with the account that made the violation of the ToC/CoC.

I’m sorry but the question wasn’t in relation to the temporary suspension on the affected account. It was meant to resolve an example in order to clarify how suspensions work. Thank you and have a good day.

You risk a suspension on the account you are using & a possible temporary console suspension as using a secondary account to circumvent a suspension on your main account is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

They will sometimes suspend a console if several accounts on that console keep getting enforcement actions
