Question regarding xbox 360 and xbox s/x accounts

Xbox accounts work on all Xbox consoles and PC. There are no Xbox 360 or Xbox One only accounts.

Your account will still have a downloadable 360 profile, even if you have never owned an Xbox 360 console.

to add, if you have 2fa activated you will need to setup an app password via your microsoft account this is for xbox 360, xbox one and series consoles.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have questions regarding your Avatar and why it's not showing on your Xbox series X.

Starting on January 9, 2025, players will no longer be able to access their Xbox Avatars or any purchased avatar items. This means avatars will not be visible on your profile page on Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One consoles. This is because Xbox Avatar Editor app is no longer be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows devices.

However, this change will not affect Xbox Original Avatars and how they appear on Xbox 360 consoles or Xbox 360 games that feature Xbox Original Avatars.
