Question regarding almost 10 years of loyal service as a customer

Hello, I've been a loyal member of Xbox live for about 10 years. I have bought an Xbox with 4 controllers and many games, an Xbox 360 platinum with 4 controllers and many games, an Xbox 360 arcade, an Xbox 360 slim, and a Xbox one. I've never received any
presents for my birthday, tho some of my friends in town have. My question is if you all would consider giving me a free 12 month subscription to Xbox live, and possibly an elite controller to show yoyr gratitude of my loyalty to your industry.(my birthday
is coming up soon) I've spent literally $1,000s on your products, and would be willing to give an outstanding service review for Xbox live. (and hopefully a free elite controller) thank you for your time and please consider my offer. 24 soon to be 25 years

Ranting about that one time...

They'll play battlefield with me. was just making a lil joke lol. Next time this happens I will be making a fuss. Been a more than loyal customer for almost 6 years and have bought multiple versions of each console.

Hi there;

While Microsoft has occasionally given out free stuff as part of some promotion or another, they won't give you free stuff simply because you ask. You'll just have to wait until the next promotion and hope to get lucky and get something, just like the rest
of us ;-)

on a side note, I also never received any of the benefits from buying an Xbox one within the first year, and logging in at least 10 hours of play for the one year anniversary. throughout my Xbox live memberships I have received far less benefits and yearly
rewards then others, which brings up the question if they are willing to show gratitude for my loyalty considering I continue to purchase their product but consistently miss out on everything they do for everyone else
