Question re 2FA on Fortnite

My son is unable to gift things on Fortnite as it repeatedly tells him that he needs to enable 2FA but we’ve already done that on his epic games account so not sure what to do from here?

I understand you need help on Fortnite gifting.

Are you still getting the same error when you try to send a gift to your friends?

If you have already set up 2FA on your Fortnite account and the issue still persist, try logging out and logging back in to your account.

If that does not help, try turning 2FA off and turning it back on.

Also take note that gifting can only happen as long as you are already on Level 2.

When you say your Xbox account doesn't recieve emails, what do you mean?

you cant' access the email account, you used a fake email account?
