Question on Qualifying content for the Triple Feature Reward

Since you only have two purchases this month (one of 9.99 and the other of 3.99), you have not completed any offers. From the FAQ:

MUST WATCH Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems by spending at least $30 before tax on featured digital new release movies and/or TV shows in the Microsoft Store. To see the current qualifying titles, please see Question 2.

TRIPLE FEATURE Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems by spending at least $4 before tax on 3 separate movie rentals in the Microsoft Store.

MOVIE MARATHON Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems by spending at least $25 before tax on any digital movie content in the Microsoft Store. You may either rent or buy movie titles, so long as your total amount spent reaches the $25 limit.

While we do give some wiggle room for your .99 and chip in the extra .01, you still have not spent at least $30 on select content for Must Watch, you only have two movie purchases total, so it would not be possible to complete Triple Feature, and since your
spending is roughly $14, you have not completed Movie Marathon.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
this delay. We see that we have caught up with that purchase, and the Credits for that offer are now pending in your account.

Because you rented Blade Runner 2049 after Jan 23 they haven't received any info about that rental because there is something wrong with their system since that date and they are trying to figure out how to fix it. At least that is what I was told 3 days
ago since my final rental was on Jan 23 for the Movie Marathon Mission for January & I posted about it on the 29th & the 30th and was told that the problem would be fixed soon but I'm still waiting for my 3,000 points & my gems.
