I️ was just wondering why I’m on a communication suspension. I’ve asked Xbox support and they couldn’t give me a direct answer. Any answer help me because I️ have so clue why I’m suspended lol

Question on account suspensions

In the history of xbox Live i have only known of 2 instances where a ban has been overturned. And those were both valid overturns.

Your situation does not sound like a valid reason, as your son was doing something way more naughty than a name, bio, or motto violation.

if you have a communication suspension all it is is your language you using with communicating with others like cursing or anything not rated e for everyone

Trashtalking etc

This includes text voice or video msgs

It's best to keep it e for everyone

It doesn't matter who starts the fight you are still accountable for your own actions

If you have other users on your account like for home share you shouldn't as home share doesn't require access to your account and no one but you should.be on there

Hi there, if you are a repeat offender you will eventually get a permanent ban and I don't think there is a certain number of times before a permanent ban, if there is I don't believe we're privy to this knowledge.
