    My Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max Wireless headset doesn’t connect my Xbox or pc anymore. I’ve tried resetting headset, changing usb ports, and doing everything in between. It happened to my old one as well and I’m wondering if you guys have heard of any fixes or have come across this issue before

    My question is about the free games given to gold members twice a month. I noticed the games are always for Teen or Mature audiences. How do I receive games only for EVERYONE. My kids are still young, can I choose the age I want? or those free games are

    You can't choose the games you want. The games are pre-chosen so you are only able to download what is available.

    Yes, you can add them to your download queue, which puts them in your download history and you'll be able to complete your downloads at the same price (free) you queued them at.

    Also, if/when I do upgrade, most of the advertisements say the offer is for "qualified paid Gold members" only. What do I need to do to be qualified? Is the one month game card I got after XBox support returned my console after a warranty repair sufficient?
    What about a Bing Rewards 1-month? I've heard rumor (nothing official) that it need to be a 3- or 12-month subscription...
    It says "qualified paid Gold members", there's been no issues with users who are Gold not being able to download Fable III and lots of them are bound to be on 1 month cards.

    Related to my first question, if the games have to be downloaded now, does that mean that if my hard drive crashes or I end up upgrading from the meager 20gb HD I currently have that I will be unable to re-download them and thus lose the games?
    You will always be able to re-download what is in your download history.

    Lastly, if the answers to all my above questions are adverse for my circumstances, can I upgrade to Gold at a later date (when I am back home with my XBox and able to download) to take advantage of Games with Gold (as opposed to having to be a qualified
    Gold subscriber now in order to qualify for free games in September).

    Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks!
    If you upgrade to Gold at a later date, you will miss the Games for Gold up until the period you subscribe for Gold at.
