Hello and thank you for your reply !
I played on PC ( developers and Microsoft's platform )
and on a mobile device as well and all three were connected with no problems
I reinstalled the game from the same Microsoft account but
it starts from scratch and I just can't sync it

Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

My name is welcome to the community.

Hello Mariaart, on which platform would be playing Paradise Island 2 PC or mobile device?

After you deleted the game you reinstalled the game and log in with the same account?

Have you tried any more procedures, if yes, which ones?

If you can give more details, I'll be waiting for your reply.
