    Hello and thank you for your reply !
    I played on PC ( developers and Microsoft's platform )
    and on a mobile device as well and all three were connected with no problems
    I reinstalled the game from the same Microsoft account but
    it starts from scratch and I just can't sync it

    After you deleted the game you reinstalled the game and log in with the same account?
