Question in Regards to Enforcement Team...

To start off: I am not banned, suspended, or in trouble of any sort...but I have a question regarding the Xbox Enforcement Teams actions. Back when Agony had originally came out (yes never gonna let this one down), it seemed I would have random pics/clips
pulled regardless of content (they sent me one for taking a picture of the pause menu as a test). Today I discovered XXX content on someone's profile, about as graphic as it gets...how did these make it onto the system?? And I understand uploads, which make
it stranger as I've had certain ones pulled as if someone is looking at my activity. So does the XET only monitor select players? Do they have someone ok(ing) these uploads? Or is it a program that somehow chooses what's acceptable and what isn't? Because
if someone is saying ok to these pics/clips I found...there might be bigger issues afoot. Thanks for any response!

As stated on the
Microsoft Service Agreement (Enforcement)

If you violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account. We may also block delivery of a communication (like email, file sharing or instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to enforce these Terms
or we may remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms, Microsoft reserves the right to review Your Content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor the entire Services and make
no attempt to do so.

So unless the profile gets reported there is no way for the enforcement team to look at everyone's profiles. As suggested by our ambassador team the best course of action would be to report the player and let our dedicated team handle it. We hope this helps.

Already did, problem is this profile only lost the two pics I reported, but the rest are up and still viewable. Also my question was in regards to if there was someone letting these pics through? Whole thing is a bit fishy with how I'll lose acceptable
material but these make it through.
