Microsoft didn't say anything about it, but if I can give you my opinion I don't think it's going to be there because it's a game of a Third-Party but you never know maybe in the future they announce it but for now Microsoft have said nothing about it. However

I forgot Mass Effect 1, that game was visually spectacular.

Don't forget Gears of War 1, for 2006 it was the best game on the xbox for visuals in my eyes, and probably for gameplay

I really dislike the direction gaming has been going with DLC and what not. Everything is way too expensive and we get zero return on it. I get that they want to make more money and actually agree with that since a game on a multi-million dollar budget actually
sells cheaper than something like N64 games which had a $500,000 development cost on average. I would much rather spend 100.00 or so dollars on a game itself with all the DLC packages left free of charge. And when I say free, I do not mean a code that can
only be used once. I mean micro-transaction DLC holds no value and code generated content holds no value either. This means you are spending 30.00 to 60.00 extra on something you are stuck with forever. If DLC was able to be downloaded without a catch and
i just pay for everything when I buy the disc, my games would actually hold their value. I wouldnt have to worry about investing 100.00 to 120.00 on a game, only to get something like a 10.00 to 20.00 return when I try and sell it to buy something else.
