    yeah each time you get banned for something the ban is longer than the last one and enough bans warrant a perm ban off of Live sorry.

    Short answer to your question is; yes.

    Every account suspension/Enforcement action is kept on file against your Xbox Live gamertag. This can be accessed through the Xbox Enforcement Website, when you sign into your account. If you continue to violate the code of conduct, this will be added to
    the report.

    If you keep trash talking and been offensive in chats/messages, then the team will implement a tougher, longer, suspension against your account. If you continue, then eventually they will just implement a permanent suspension on communication and/or account
    suspension. However, there are some rules, that if you break, will lead to a straight ban/suspension.

    In short, think of an Enforcement action as a Criminal Record, but just for Xbox Live and Live services.
