Question concerning level

I was watching my son play his game on GTA 5 and he was on level 14. He got stuck in his garage and ended up blowing himself up to respawn, but it just froze up and his character laid there and it did nothing. We restarted his system when he logged back
in to his game, he is now miraculously at level 3607. Now everyone thinks he has used a a Mod to get to that level, but I watched it with my own eyes and he did not. How is this even possible? Is it a glitch?

Question concerning enforcement

My son's account was "Permanently Suspended", but after the enforcement team finished a case review, that decision was overturned and his suspension was lifted on May 1st. Since then, however, he's still unable to sign in to his account on any console, and
when he attempts to do so, the console gives a message that his account is still under the permanent suspension. With his case review completed, I don't have a way to communicate directly with the enforcement team. Does anyone have an idea when he might be
able to use his account?

Question concerning ban

I'd I am currently on a communication ban until the 30th and also ban for "harassment" until the 3rd of November do I go by the first or the second to be able to talk?

Hello,

This very well could be a glitch and something Rockstar would be able to assist with. I have had my account since the launch of the game, and I am only a level ~100 and that is from a ton of hard work.

On another note, in my personal opinion - this could have possibly been caused by someone signed into the same lobby using unauthorized tampered hardware / software. I remember my brother telling me that someone did something similar and he all of a sudden
had massive amounts of GTA $$ in his bank account in game. Rockstar, the publisher of the game noticed this and removed all of his money and banned him.

Either way, I suggest you create a ticket on Rockstar's website and report the incident. I included a link below:

The game has been experiencing issues with the serves for a large part if the day and u have seen some bugs appear but that does sound very strange, the safest way to make sure the account is delt with properly is by raising a ticket with rockstar support
, the guys over there are a great help

Thank you so much for the advice and I apologize for the late reply. I will definitely do that as I do not want him to get banned from the game.

Getting up in levels is definitely a lot of hard work. It took me a long time just to get to 80 where I was at when I use to play.

^^i dunno man always seemed like pushing it to download maps... i would just pass if i was you not worth any risk.
