I can confirm Smwutches' post. You should see your deposit in the upcoming mid-month deposit.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposit before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

If you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

So you're saying I should see it updated on the 15th? That works for me. Thank you for your response. I know I had 7000 points at least by the 25th of last month and those didn't deposit

You should see it update before the 15th, but that would be the latest you'd see it update. The other credits you had pending by the 25th would be scheduled to deposit on the 15th of this month.
