    do you want to know how many mistakes was done by your xbox support team ?

    from what i was told long time ago you and the rangers are dealing with this since 3 october but i guess one more time someone was very very imcompetent on the support and actually didnt do their job and will awser for all of this situation.

    i have all the scripts of my conversations and it would be a pleasure to show you how many times i was told the rewards team is solving the case so you all there on microsoft should start knowing what you do or at least dont lie because im tired of lies
    and excuses and if i have to act legally agaist all of this with the proofs

    License Transfer question... again

    This will not work as you intend. Ownership cannot be split, nor can it be transferred between profiles.

    In this hypothetical scenario, when you transfer the licences to your Xbox, the ownership of all content will be with his profile and your console. You cannot split the ownership. In this state, it means that your console could play all content irrespective
    of profile using it (it owns the console licence), and his profile has to be connected to Live in order for him to use it (he still has the profile licence).

    After doing a licence transfer you cannot do another for a further four months. So you would have to wait for this period of time before transferring back, at which point your console loses its console licence to the content.

    License Transfer question... again

    Hi,

    I've been wondering about something and I want to make sure I get everything right so I don't make a mistake when the time comes I actually need/want to do it.

    I share my Xbox with my brother. He has a Gold online profile, I use an
    offline profile because I don't care much about playing online. I sometimes use his Gold profile to download some DLC, particularly for Gears of War. So, I think the DLC is tied to his Gold profile (right?).

    Anyway. I'm thinking of moving out in the near future and getting my own XBOX and I have the following question:

    Will I be able, in one way or another, to transfer my own DLC to my new XBOX, and leave my brother's DLC on his XBOX? So basically split the DLC that is actually bought with the same Gold gamertag?

    I just want to use my own DLC on my own XBOX, but all DLC is tied to the same gamertag. Will I be able to split the DLC somehow?

    I had this idea but I don't know if it's waterproof or even possible at all:

    1. Once I have my own XBOX, I download his Gold profile to my XBOX

    2. I do a License Transfer to my XBOX

    3. I download my DLC from the Download History of the Gold profile

    4. I do a License Transfer again, back to my brother's XBOX

    Will this work? Will I be able to play the DLC if the original "owner" of the DLC is not on my XBOX anymore, even though I did a License Transfer once?

    I hope I've been clear enough, I know some things may sound confusing. If someone could help me, that'd be great. Thanks in advance.

    Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program at all. Microsoft does not run the Rewards program. So the only way to receive assistance wi the the program is through this forum or Twitter which is stated in the program's terms. Since you did not
    contact Rewards support during the offer period, there is nothing else they can do now that the offer is over.

  5. what part of this " it would be a pleasure to show you how many times i was told the rewards team is solving the case " wasnt clear ?

    i made a report on15 september and since then i was told a lot of times the process was sent to the reward team if they didnt do their job that is their problem i have here the proofs about all my contacts the problem is that they are nothing more than liers
    but this will go directly to a lawyer and whhoever is joking with my face there will awser for that on the right place

    Unfortunately they should have sent you here to begin with. You should be upset with Xbox support, not rewards support.

  7. and im with the support but as you may understand it is a little ard to understand how i report a problema on day one of a giveaway they tell me everything is behing solved by the right teams and now i hear this ones here saying i didnt contact them and
    the higher team saying since it is allready over and they cant see it they will not do anything.

    what im going to do is sue Microsoft and show all the scripts i have and ask every single thing on that giveaway plus more for this insults so that someones learns to do their job
