    Question about Xbox party


    To make a long story short, two guys I was in a party ended up ddosing me (I already reported them for it and blocked them).

    My question is does Xbox parties broadcast broadcast your IP for certain users like you could do back on the 360 where it was more prevalent? If not, then the only other way would've been through his buddy who was in a P2P (Pier to Pier) game with me (The
    main guy who wasn't in game was the one who did it as he was the one bragging about it and was able to cause another guy and I to lag out of the party, and then proceed to cause error codes tied to DDOSing in the game to start appearing [Which means the game
    and everything else tied to my router was running a lot slower]).

    Hmm, that's cool but that was with a total of 4 people, right? I expect that would work. I'm more interested in knowing if an XBL Party (up to 8 people) can stay on the same team. If it's like BF3, I'm scared it'll move half my group to the other team,
    forcing us to play against each other, which is what we do NOT want.

    Often you're able to stay together but not always. The other night I was in party chat with 3 friends of mine. I joined after they had already been playing in a match and, since there wasn't enough room on their side it put me on the opposing team. The game
    ended the next game started in the same server. When it started it automatically put me not only on their team but on their squad.

    Xbox 360 and XB1 are TWO DIFFERENT things.. no you will not be able to talk to someone on 360... same as someone on PS4 cannot talk to someone on PS3
