    Question about the gears of war legacy collection


    I purchased the limited edition gears of war console that comes with gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I was wondering when i will receive the codes for the legacy collection. I purchased the console and redeemed the code oct. 21st.

    Gears of War 4 Legacy reward and Xbox 360 collection

    Haven't received either Legacy Reward for playing the previous title's for Gears of War 4 or the Xbox 360 Gears collection for Xbox One.

    From the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    Missing Promo Items from the Fallout 4/Gears of War Promo

    Hey Chris -

    Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
    of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

    Hopefully that helps clarify a bit. :)

    Couple clarification questions for you. Are you looking for the Gears of War legacy collection for having purchased Gears of War 4 or something else? Also, is this Gamertag that you are posting from the account that received the codes? If the codes were
    sent to a different account, that Gamertag will have to post a new thread as we are unable to assist except with the customer that received the content.

    You say that your account address is in Hong Kong, are you physically located in Hong Kong? If you are physically located in China, unfortunately you are not eligible to receive the legacy collection of Gears of War as the promotion is not available in China
