Question about "simply rewarding"

With this particular promotion do you get 6000 credits each time you spend $60 on eligible items?

Hello RDRS75,

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. This is why the FAQ for this offer says the following:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your purchase that completed this offer occurred on the 26th, those Credits were not placed as pending until sometime last night.

 

Simply Rewarding questions

The 6,000 credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you've completed the mission. If not, then you would want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

This offer does allow you to double-dip your purchases. So if you purchase something that qualifies for the Warrior offer, it will also count towards the 6,000 credits.

 

The promotion awards 6,000 for $60 in eligible purchases, it does not stack. Promotions never stack unless they explicitly say so.

 

so this promotion has ended yet I never got my credits.

 

Then you need to re-post in the Support forum and inquire. This is the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. Keep in mind they do not work weekends so if you post this weekend they will not get back to you until Monday or Tuesday.
