    I want to purchase a new Xbox, headset and remote as I believe I have lost mine during my moving into a new house as no one can find it. I wanted to ask what is the return policy on this if it is found? Am I able to return the new Xbox, headset and remote or am I not able to?

    Yeah it was a new system. Return to place of purchase and exchange. Instead of moaning because you have no idea about return policy.

    sorry vote, but most retailers only have a specific alotted time for returns. usually about 2 weeks. after the return policy expires, it must be returned to xbox for repair.

    Warranty for XBOX Accessories if you don't own an XBOX

    Go to the retail store you purchased this from as you will get the best results that way. If it has only been less than 90 days, depending on the return policy they should be able to help you out.
    Unfortunately the store in question only has a 15-day return policy on electronics, otherwise I would just take it back for a refund. However I have contacted the customer care department by email about the defective product and am hopeful for a positive
    response.
