Question about recover Old Gamertag

Mainly I forgot the password. I have access to the email I used to create the gamertag. My xbox360 is in storage so I don't have access to it in order to fill out the questionnaire that microsoft is asking in order to recover the original account. I don't
have access to my alternate emails anymore either.

I have been trying to contact someone in person but have been unable to request someone to contact me.

I can't create a new account using the email I used for my original gamertag.

I am unable to access my old Microsoft account. However when I do a search of Xbox Gamertag's my account is still live. Is there a way to link my old gamertag to a new account?

Whats the reason you cant access the old Microsoft account? Don't remember the password or what email you used?

You can try at the link below, but it seems like if you don't at least know what the old email is, I don't think it will be possible.

I see that you're having trouble redownloading your profile levass4, I suggest you go to: http://microsoft.com , log in with credentials for levass4 and go here : https://account.microsoft.com/devices?fref=home.banner.devices&refd=account.microsoft.com

You'll be able to see which devices your account is logged on and you can remove the account from those devices and log in on your Xbox.

I tried what you said but levass4 is not one of the options to add. When I click on add new and add levass4 it says it's already in use.

Are you able to pull up my email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and delete the Whirlwind and add levass4 on our profile?
