Question about recent $40 promotion.

I had just talked with one of your live agents.

During the last Xbox live promotion that was up on the dashboard I had tried to renew my

Xbox live subscription. I tries using my prepaid card and it was refused for some reason.

Any help on this would be appreciated as my account is now locked.

I have a question about a recent Xbox live promotion.

Hello,

I have a question regarding a recent promotion of yours. The promotion was a free download of Minecraft with the purchase of an Xbox live 3 month or 1 year subscription. I saw the promotion from my Xbox One dashboard, and it was titled "Build with Friends".
I went ahead and clicked on the promotion, followed the instructions and bought a 3 month Xbox live subscription. It said I would receive my download code through my Xbox messages, but it has been about a week now and I have yet to receive my code. Please
help, Thank you.

Hello Josh,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see yo have a question on a promotion. Most promotions have a tag that say up to 40-80% whichever the sale is. However this is not for all titles. For example some may be 40% some may be 60% and one or two may be
80%. These are all determined by the publisher/developer.

I don't think there is a set percentage, but a lot of games do drop in price a while after launch. Not all of them do though.
