    Hi.

    My name is Renato.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

I believe you already know that in the Community, we cannot intervene but only inform people about important news regarding the Microsoft and Xbox world. The topic you address is very important, and your experience teaches us to be very cautious about trusting people known online. I hope your testimony can alert those who will read your post.

    Kind regards

Not true.It only takes one valid report for someone to receive enforcement action.

A certain amount of reports does not lead to an immediate ban.

I'm sorry that you're not satisfied with my answer. Honestly, I thought you had already reported this user. Reporting is the only thing you can do. These are Microsoft's rules. Rest assured that if several reports are received about the same user, they are immediately banned.

In the following link, you will find all the information on how to report a user, although I believe you already know how to do it.
