    No your worlds should not be lost, as it is only the game you need to delete.

    2 questions about Minecraft realms

    realmes seems to have its own subscription services. You don’t need gold to play it especially if from the pc, but you do have to set up this other sub. Asfar as renders, you would have to look at official minecraft fourms and look for updates and suggestions
