    Question about leave the insider program and update offline


    Hi, I just quit the xbox insider program from a computer because I couldn't manage to install an update but after quitting I reset my console but I still get the same update that I couldn't install because of an error that says it's because of my connection when I tried wifi or with an ethernet cable. After that, I tried to reset it from a usb key but always the same error. Is it possible to install the insider program update offline? If so, do you know where I can find the file.

    Download off-line last update for xbox one insiders

    Hi, there is no offline update for consoles that are registered in the Insider program. The only option is to install online. You could leave feedback asking for an offline update on their forums https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/

    Are you in the Insiders preview program?

    If you are, OSU's (offline system updates) should NOT be used unless you first leave the program. Leaving the program usually entails doing a factory refresh which will install the latest General Public release.

    You didn't answer the question of whether you are in the insiders program or not. If you are, you can't use the normal offline update.

    Thanks for the answer, unfortunately, this shows how dangerous it can be to participate in the insider program, I will expect a public update to try to fix my Xbox!,

    Seems to be the only SOLUTION!

    if everyone left the program, perhaps Microsoft had more respect for its participants!
