Question about installing games

I am in the process of moving and my internet provider doesn't service my new place. Till I get internet (though I could use my phone till then), I was wondering if I get any physical games, would the disc be able to install the game on Xbox One without
the internet or would I still need the internet? I would like it if I don't need the internet if I had the disc to install because I don't know when I get internet at the new place if it would have a cap on it or what.

I tried installing a game back in the day but my xbox still seemed to access the CD from time to time. I guess it speeds up the loading of a game marginally too no? Might give it another go, although if it works it'll force my hand into buying a bigger HDD.

I install every game i get, will probably increase the lifetime of your console by a fair bit by doing that (preventing overheating and so on)

That's good. I know for sure that I'm getting AC Syndicate next month by then I should have gotten another ISP but just in case it's good to know. Looks like I'm going to be using it for playing offline and watching blu Rays/DVDs and for the TV tuner for
