    Question about gamesharing


    Hello guys

    I am sharing Xbox game pass ultimate with my friend and I have zero home console switch left let's say my friend has to reset his Xbox and if he reset his Xbox and if I want to add my profile all over again
    will I be able to make my account as Home console on the same Xbox or will they say that my home console switches have expired, any help please guys I really need to know this info.

    No that will not help you. The Home console feature is for sharing within your household. The counter will reset after 12 months, where you will be able to change home console again!

    I have the same question my friend gameshared with someone and im curious is it ok to gameshare a game only once or will he and the other person be banned?

    If you have used all of the allowed home console changes then you will need to contact the support team using the
    Contact us link and select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support to see if it will be possible to allow another home console change.

    Since you got a new console, your friend would need to make your new console his Home console so you can access his games. You should not be sharing account information. That does violate the code of conduct.

    The Home setting does allow you to share gold as well as games. I'm not sure about EA Access.

    You can only use the Home setting on one console at a time.

    ok. Thanks for the help. How about this scenario.

    Xbox 1 - Set as my Home Xbox with Gold, but uses separate free membership account.

    Xbox 2- Set as Home Xbox with free membership, but I sign in and play with The Gold account.

    Would this allow the two consoles to share Xbox Live? Or am I missing something here?
    If the gold is tied to your account, you would be sharing gold in either scenario. You can only share gold on one console at a time. You can set another console as your Home console so you can share your gold there, and you can use your gold on any console
    you sign into.
