Question about GamePass

Hi guys,

I used the free 14 days period and it expired. I cancel my subscription and got refund.. I think )

I played only one game during the free period. I saw here in the forum, that if I cancel my GamePass i cannot play the game anymore. So.. I tried what will happen if I launch the game... and the game started. What now, will the charge me again or ? I don't
know what to do?

guys i have a question about the gamepass service.... if i buy a Subscription of 1 month of gamepass...my Brother can use too the games of game pass if he has the home of my console on his console using his profile?

 

If you try to start the game it will tell you that you either need to purchase the game or renew game pass. It won't automatically charge you for the game.

 

I don't believe it will let you launch the game. The menu may come up but it most likely won't play.

If you have cancelled Game pass and you are sure you wont get charged again. Due to you still able to access game it may not be cancelled. I suggest going to your memberships see if the game pass says cancelled you can go to my games and apps then memberships,
or you can go to Settings>account>memberships If it is cancelled andyou have access enjoy it. It may take a little for license to go away.

powercycle on the console and try to re access the game to see if its delay on the cancellation. Keep us posted on this issue bud, thanks!

Powercycle didn't help. When I opened a games menu i saw that i'm still have a membership. I don't know what's happen..

If you would like to be 100% sure that your gamepass subscription has been cancelled and you will not be sure then you should
Contact Xbox Support here. Say no thanks to the virtual assistant to request a call back or chat support.
