    question about emailing the enforcement team


    so today i called customer server and asked them how i could contact the enforcement about my permeant suspension, a little context i got permanently suspended for some profile picture that i didn’t upload, and when i went to appeal there was no option to, so i let it sit for a day. and today i couldn’t wait any longer so i called customer supper and told them what happened and they said to, e-mail the enforcement team? so i tried to find the email i was sent from them and in that email i was told not to reply as it wouldn’t go through to anyone. so i am just wondering is there anyway for to contact enforcement as i wasn’t given a fair opportunity to prove my innocence.

    I'm sorry to break it to you, the only way to contact the Safety team is through the case review process. No one (not even support) has the ability to contact the Safety team, nor answer any specific enforcement questions. The Safety team does not use the forums.

    The first step is to check your inbox for an email from the Xbox Enforcement Team, like Eggnogga said.

    If you still have further questions about this, you can ask them to the Enforcement Team by creating a new thread in

    I'm just the curious type that likes to investigate before getting to fully involved with things I don't understand. Sorry for the "late" response I don't get notifications for some reason.

    The enforcement team have many tools at their disposal to tell whether a report is legit or not.

    For obvious reasons they don't disclose what these tools are but any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is carried out.
