Question about Digital NBA2K17 Legend Edition Pre-Order and Billing

Hello,

So to put it very simply I always buy games digitally now. Just now I went to go digitally pre-order NBA2K17's special edition through my console. I went through the process and everything worked normally. Also the purchase shows on my Microsoft Store
purchase history, and furthermore the placeholder file for the game has shown up and installed in the My Games and Apps section. The part that is confusing to me is that the billing appears to have not immediately gone through via my bank account, which is
unusual. When I checked the confirmation email I was sent from Microsoft, it mentioned something about me being billed as soon as the item ships, except that I ordered a digital copy and do NOT want a physical copy. Could the delay on my billing (which has
never happened, even on pre-orders) be on my bank's end? Does anyone have any insights?

NBA 2K17 legend gold edition

I've been trying to find the NBA 2K17 legend gold edition for xbox one pre order. On the xbox marketplace it is available for pre order however the physical items that come with the pre order are not there. Those items are xbox skins and posters etc.
I am curious as to whether or not those physical items will be available with the legend gold pre order on the xbox marketplace. If not is there anywhere I can pre order the legend gold edition for xbox one in England.

Since you pre-ordered the digital download they are referring to when the game actually downloads. Usually the billing is done 10 - 15 days prior to the game release.

That's the first time I've ever had that happen, but thanks! For example I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV at the beginning of last month, it's not releasing for another 2 weeks or so, and I was billed immediately for it. It could also be something with my
bank concerning the holiday weekend, I suppose.

If you pre-ordered the game, you’ll get a DLC unlock that includes a Dirt Rally Legend Edition. This special Legend Edition comes with a MINI Pack and a Ford Pack. These packs will provide all unlocks and upgrades for the Mini Cooper S and the Ford Escort
MK2 from the beginning of the game.

And if you pre-ordered the digital edition, then you’ll get the Rallycross Pack and the Mini Classic Rallycross along with content from the above-mentioned packs.

There's no direct upgrade for your pre-ordered edition. You must cancel the pre-order of Standard Edition and pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition.
